Nyenges and Shaigi Wayinkya,

Dear Sangha, Devotees, Friends & Worldwide Truthseekers,

On January 9th, 2024, our beloved Mahasambhodi Dharmasangha was unlawfully taken into custody by the Nepal Police and Central Intelligence Bureau from His home and has been held in custody for 199 days thus far.  On June 24th, Guru was unfathomably convicted of sexual assault of a minor in the local Sarlahi District Court.  Despite there being no evidence and no legal grounds for a case, He was sentenced to 10 years in prison without a trial.

Not one piece of evidence has been found to suspect or confirm the accusation

Since 2005, when our beloved Guru began His Tapasya, the profound truths of His teachings have brought light and inspiration into the hearts of thousands around the world, teaching us how to unite through loving kindness for all beings. These deep-seated truths in the hearts of so many people, stem from a place of pure goodness and light.  Mahasambhodi Dharmasangha is the worldly source of these teachings on this earth, and to change the lives of so many people for the good, our Source of knowledge MUST be completely pure, completely good. Spending 6 long years in the Nepali Jungle of Halkhoriya meditating constantly, without break for food, water, or sleep just shows us evidence of our Guru’s strength of conviction and commitment to bringing such light into our ever-darkening world.  It’s unfathomable that a being of so much light could commit such a heinous crime.

With no evidence whatsoever to support these convictions, no medical report or police statement made by the alleged victim within the statute of limitations, there are no legal grounds to make a conviction.  On top of this, there have been only testimonials in His favour made by international and foreign people claiming His innocence, including testimonials made by the accuser’s family.

Bodhi Shrawan Dharma Sangha Canada wholeheartedly objects to this heinous injustice, which is the most recent in the myriad of continued persecutions of the Great Paramatma Guru over many years. We peacefully urge a thorough investigation into the unlawful oppression of Mahasambhodi Dharmasangha Guru in Nepal and His immediate release to resume His work of spreading peace, compassion, kindness and truth in the world.

For the infinite benefit of all beings.
